Kim Kardashian, Pete Davidson Make a Splash at Met Gala

All eyes were on Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson when they took to the red carpet of the 2022 Met Gala on Monday night, 2 May.

Taking place at the iconic Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the theme for the event this year was “In America: An Anthology of Fashion”, and Kardashian and Davidson didn’t disappoint.

The 41-year-old beauty mogul was styled out in a form-fitting, crystal-encrusted gold gown – the very same gown worn by actress Marilyn Mornroe, who donned it when she famously sang “Happy Birthday, Mr President” to John F. Kennedy in 1962.

According to Kardashian, she had to lose seven kilograms to wear the $4.8-million dress, which she borrowed from a Ripley’s Believe It or Not! outlet in Orlando, Florida. She also dyed her hair platinum-blonde to complete the look.

As for Davidson, the 28-year-old comedian looked low-key in a slim, black suit designed by Dior Men, but he stole the show nonetheless when he locked lips with Kardashian.

This is the couple’s second red carpet appearance together: two days prior, they attended the White House Correspondents’ dinner. With these two events in the books, we can’t wait to see where they appear next!
